Yesterday, Jeremy and two of his friends, Jordan and Andrew, competed in the Rib Mountain Adventure Challenge in Wausau and took 1st place in the 3-hour race! The race consisted of 9 miles mountain biking, 3 miles paddling, and 3 miles trekking/orienteering. There were 43 teams in the 3 hour race (there was also an 8-hour race for more experienced racers). They were only 1 of 2 teams to get all checkpoints in the 3 hours. Their finishing time was 2hr 55min and second place was 2:59. It sounds like they had a lot of fun and laughs. The words of the day were ADVENTURE CHALLENGE! and SAVAGES!
