Crew's First Crivitz Trip

Last weekend Jeremy, Crew, and I took a trip up to Crivitz! Jeremy and the guys needed to do some work on putting in a well on the land in Pembine, and Crew and I got to hang out with Gamma D., Layla, and Maya. It was Crew's first overnight trip. He didn't sleep the best, but he's not a very good sleeper at home either. We had a great visit and look forward to many more Crivitz trips!

Crew Rolled Over!!!

Yesterday morning I put Crew down for a little tummy time. I noticed he got his arm under himself and was really close to rolling over, so I quick grabbed the camera. It took a little while, but he did it!!! I was so proud of him! I was glad I caught it on camera so Jeremy could see it. Right after I shot the video, I put him back on his tummy, and before I could grab the camera to see if he could do it again he had rolled over again!

Future Hunter

I had to post some pictures of Crew in his antler Under Armour outfit. It's Daddy's favorite. He could only wear it once, unfortunately, because the pants are too tight on his tummy. He's in 9 month size for shorts/pants already!

Haha... I put olive oil on his head before his bath a few days ago for cradle cap. I grabbed this hat to keep the olive oil from getting everywhere. The hat doesn't fit anymore. ;)

Fast Friends

A couple of weeks ago my friend, Leah, and her little boy, Kaden, came to visit me and Crew! Kaden liked showing Crew different toys and showing him how to make different animal sounds. Leah is expecting a little girl in October. Can't wait! Kaden will be a great big brother!

Guess What!

We are going to be getting new neice or nephew! Mason and Lisa are expecting a baby due February 12th. We are so excited about the news! We picked up this shirt for Payton. She's going to be one amazing big sister. 

Feeling Better

Our Crewser Pants is finally feeling better. :( Last week Monday I noticed he really wasn't acting like himself. He'd wake up grumpy, smiled less, and cried more. He was also hardly eating at all. He'd nurse for a minute or so and then cry. On Tuesday night his temp got up to 100. I called and talked to a nurse who scheduled us to see his doctor the next morning. By the morning his temp was up to 101.4 and he was just miserable. 

His doctor checked him over and narrowed it down to hand, foot, and mouth, which is apparently going around like crazy right now. His throat was bright red. It was not a fun week. The only thing we could give him for it was tylenol. Wednesday and Thursday were his worst days. He developed a little rash on his head, belly, and back, but it wasn't too bad, thank goodness. On Friday he began to eat a bit more, and Saturday too. Today he is himself again, and we are happy!

 

I also had to post this hilarious picture. Jeremy got up Crew with this morning and I got two extra hours of sleep. When he came into the room, this is how I was sleeping. Exhausted mommy!
