Pink or Blue???

We went and bought two take-home outfits to bring to the hospital for Baby Sherman today-- a pink one and a blue one! I think they're so adorable! I wonder which one Baby will be wearing home. :)

34 Weeks

How big is the peanut? About 4 and 3/4 pounds and 18 inches! 

Maternity clothes? Yes. Blah.

Sleep? I did get lots of naps over my break this week, but it's still really hard to get a good night's sleep. I just can't get comfortable!

Best moment this week? I went for my prenatal massage Jeremy got me for Valentine's Day. It. Was. AMAZING. I even got to lie on my belly! The bed had a big hole for my belly to sit in. :) 

Worst moment this week? Back pain and rib pain have been killing me this week. It keeps getting worse. :( 

Food cravings? Banana cream pie Yoplait yogurt. SO good! OJ, too, of course.

Food aversions? Nope.

Gender? Six weeks 'til we find out!

Belly button in or out? Out. 

What I miss? Not being in constant pain. :(  Not too much longer though until I'm holding this baby and it will all be worth it!

Movement? Baby is still moving and kicking a lot, but I'm not sure he or she has flipped. The movements have been in the same places. Baby has been having a lot of hiccups lately.

How am I feeling? I'm sad spring break is almost over, but I'm ready for these last weeks to go by fast! 

What I'm looking forward to? Holding little Bunsie in my arms. It's going to be incredible.

Prepping for Baby

As Bunsie's arrival is getting closer, Jer and I figured we'd better start getting things ready. We put together the awesome gear we got from the shower. Poopsie was our test pilot for everything, which was a big help. ;) Yesterday we went shopping for the rest of the necessities-- daipers, baby monitor, bottles, etc. Jer also got a pair of wireless TV headphones, which he's pretty pumped about. Today I ordered our stroller/car seat travel system from amazon.com. I was really happy to find out it was marked down 20% for an expectant mothers sale! Woo hoo! Now, for the most part, I think we're all set to go!

33 weeks

How big is the peanut? The little one should be a little over four pounds and 17 inches.

Maternity clothes? Yes. Can't wait to wear normal clothes again.

Sleep? Lots of trips to the bathroom and rib pain makes it hard to get a good night's sleep. I hope to get some good naps in and catch up on some zzz's over spring break this week. :) 

Best moment this week? Our appointment on Tuesday. Lynn, our midwife, brought out the bedside ultrasound machine to take a look at how Baby was sitting. The good news is baby has shifted a little bit and his/her head was a little lower down. :) I hope Bunsie is on the way to flipping, but we'll see! I put an ultrasound picture below. :) 

Worst moment this week? It was a pretty good week; can't think of a bad moment. 

Food cravings? Same as always-- sweets and OJ.

Food aversions? Nope.

Gender? Getting closer to finding out! It's going to be one great surprise! 

Belly button in or out? Out. 

What I miss? Lying on my belly...oh I miss it so much! 

Movement? Lots of movement this week. It makes me a little more hopeful this baby might flip soon. **Fingers crossed!**

How am I feeling? Starting to feel more nervous. We are getting so close! 

What I'm looking forward to? Having this week off. Yeah!

32 Weeks

How big is the peanut? Baby Bunsie should be about 3.75 pounds and almost 17 inches long.

Maternity clothes? Yes.

Sleep? Not the best, but I've had worse weeks of sleep.

Best moment this week? My baby shower!!! The party was so great and we got so many nice things for Baby Sherman. This little one is already so loved. Jeremy and I are truly blessed to have such amazing family and friends in our lives. 

Worst moment this week? It was just a really busy and exhausting week at work. I wish I had more energy. 

Food cravings? OJ. Yum yum.

Food aversions? Nope.

Gender? We're getting closer to finding out! My whole family thinks boy, but I really still feel Bunsie's a little girl. So fun waiting for the surprise!

Belly button in or out? Same as last week. Out. I'm afraid this monster of a button will never be back to normal after this. :( 

What I miss? Enjoying a glass of wine (or two).

Movement? Movement has been a little different this week... a lot of jabs on the bottom part of my belly. 

How am I feeling? Super uncomfortable.

What I'm looking forward to? Spring break next week! Yahoo!!!!!!!!!!

31 Weeks

How big is the peanut? Baby is about 3.3 pounds and over 16 inches long.

Maternity clothes? Yes.

Sleep? Not the best, but not too horrible this week.

Best moment this week? Hearing Bunsie's strong heartbeat at our appointment, Jeremy's birthday on Wednesday, and having a late start on Thursday because of the cold.

Worst moment this week? Worrying about the baby being breech, and the possibility of maybe having to have a c-section. Hoping Little One flips, but I'm thinking he/she is pretty comfortable and might not. Baby's been in the same frank breech position since before 18 weeks. 

Food cravings? Back to loving my OJ.

Food aversions? Nope.

Gender? ????

Belly button in or out? Out. I feel like it's going to pop off or explode one of these days. 

What I miss? My ribs not feeling like they're going to break. 

Movement? Yeah, Bunsie was moving and squirming a lot this week.

How am I feeling? Tired all the time.

What I'm looking forward to? My baby shower on Saturday!!! :) Can't wait!!
