8 Months

Three Teefers is 8 months old! It's unbelievable how much our little baby is beginning to look more and more like a little boy! He's weighing in at 21 pounds, 6 ounces. Big boy! On his activity mat he's about 27 inches long. This month he began to show a little stubbornness! I don't know who he gets that from... must be from Daddy. He does not like getting strapped into his car seat or putting his arms into sleeves, and he protests and squirms until it's done. The little stinker! :)

We had an amazing month with Crew. He got to meet Santa for the first time. Crew was amazed by how much Santa reminded him of his Papa Terry! His first Christmas experience was nothing short of magical (Christmas posts will follow soon). People have always said that Christmases are so much more fun with little ones, and I surely know that now.

Milestones: Crew started to say Mama, though I don't think he knows that's me yet. I was waiting for him to do that ever since he started to say Dada a couple months ago! I love hearing it! He can move around pretty well on our hard floors by spinning in circles and pushing himself backwards. He also likes to roll and roll until he gets to where he wants to go! He can stand up against things if we put him there, and he tried to pull himself up in the bath this month. He's getting closer!

Likes: Watching Poopsie bark her head off at the garbage man, baths, eating fruits and veggies, going by his new sitter, Hillary, putting anything and everything in his mouth,  pulling on Santa's beard, tickles, and funny noises.

Dislikes: Getting his nose wiped, getting strapped into the car seat, putting this snowsuit on, getting dressed, getting to bed to late, and taking naps.

Dear Crew,

Thank you for a wonderful month, and thank you for making this Christmas the best one yet!
You have so many people who love you very much. We're so proud you're ours.

Love, love, love you,
Mama and Dada

First Thanksgiving

This Thanksgiving we had a lot to be thankful for-- our wonderful families, our home, our health, our fur baby, Poopsie, and our perfect little boy, Crew. We had my mom and the Sherman family over on Thanksgiving for a day of feasting and family fun. On Sunday we celebrated with my side of the family at the Gajewski's. It was such a great Thanksgiving!
